Are you looking for a fun night in?
Are you prepared to put your hosting and cooking skills to the ultimate test?
Get creative this Halloween and hold a dinner party with a difference to support Guide Dogs WA in October and November!
We’re challenging people across WA to briefly experience what it would be like living with blindness or vision loss with our Dining in the Dark events!
Simply invite your friends over for dinner and hold part of your night blindfolded, whether that is while eating dinner or at drinks beforehand, with the lights out or by candlelight.
Then ask your guests to donate what they would usually spend on a night out to Guide Dogs WA.
If you’re holding your event on the official date, 31st of October, you can consider a spooky Halloween theme, decorate the room and encourage your guests to dress-up. After dinner you can play sensory games and have hours of fun!
Also one lucky dining in the dark host will win a luxurious boutique dining experience n the comfort of their own home! The prize includes a three course dinner for six people valued at over $825.00, cooked by culinary expert and Head Chef, Ben Munro.
As well as having a laugh with friends and family you’ll help support people with vision impairment in Western Australia.
Because no one should be alone in the dark.
