Launching The First ‘Concept MarketChef’

This lunchtime, we launched the first of many ‘Concept MarketChef’. Seano wowed the judges with his saucy ‘Amaze-Balls’ with chickpeas. Tash took us to the Middle East and back with a mixed plate of fruit and nut kofte and aromatic rice… and James warmed our cockles with a chunky pumpkin soup with a dollop of creamy yoghurt… Who gets your vote???
